Karen brings over 15 years of human resource experience and offers expertise in many HR areas, including strategic planning, leadership, employee relations, reviewing background screens, and talent acquisition. In addition, she assists organizations with employee/management training, unemployment processing, recruiting, onboarding, and enhancing workplace cultures and structures. Karen served on the Western Colorado Human Resource Association (WCHRA) Board of Directors, interacting with a diverse field of business professionals, and served as the Vice President for the Board of Directors at Little Imaginations Early Learning Center. Karen attended Colorado Christian University and is currently pursuing her certification through the Society of Human Resource Association.
